A place for the smaller towns

District Times brings local businesses, notices and useful information together for Marulan, Goulburn and the country between the Southern Highlands and Southern Tablelands.

Our coverage includes Bundanoon, Tallong, Wingello, Penrose, Moss Vale, Sutton Forest and Exeter, along with the surrounding villages. A hall booking, a reliable trade, a club meeting or a wanted notice can be useful news in its own right.

Put a useful notice in the paper

Submit a business, story or notice with the town in the copy. For a business, explain what you do and where you work. For an event, include its final date, location, organiser and booking details. For a for-sale or wanted notice, describe the item clearly and keep the particulars current.

Free submissions are reviewed before publication. Optional upgrades are explained in the submission process. An email address or an invitation to contribute does not give anyone ownership of an existing listing.

Business covers trades, services, jobs and local commerce. Country Life takes rural services, equipment and practical smallholding notices. Local is the place for clubs, community information and village notices. The other sections cover food, property, travel, weddings, events, people and history.

A regional newspaper name

We particularly welcome specific information from towns that receive little regular coverage. Send facts we can check, photographs you have permission to use, and corrections when something changes.
